Setting up an account is as simple as completing our account application paperwork, and sending it to us for review via email or fax. Just follow these steps...

  • Download a US or Canadian Account Application
  • Complete and submit the application

Accounts are available to plumbing and heating wholesalers, solar thermal professionals, plumbing and heating contractors, professional engineers and licensed architects.

New accounts are normally reviewed and processed within 24 - 48 hours, Approved accounts will recieve a confirmation email with an account number and a password to allow access to the product pricelists.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time. Holidays excluded.
